Góc bếp ấm cúng trong căn biệt thự Astoria Hypervilla tại Park River, Ecopark. Khi bắt đầu dự án, chúng tôi đặt ra câu hỏi “Liệu kiến trúc nào, thiết kế nào là phù hợp với một gia chủ bận rộn, ít thời gian? Một gia đình thương nhân chỉ dành 1/5 quỹ thời gian hàng ngày để trở về chung một mái ấm, liệu họ cần gì?”. Câu trả lời lại được chính chủ nhà giải đáp, thuyết phục toàn bộ đội ngũ KPA Vietnam. Chỉ cần một không gian nhẹ nhàng, ấm áp để chúng tôi có thể trở về ngắm nhìn người thân nhiều hơn thay vì tốn quá nhiều thời gian vào vật chất. Tư tưởng này đã đi xuyên suốt quá trình từ khi chắp bút lên ý tưởng tới thi công hoàn thiện công trình của KPA Vietnam.

The cozy kitchen corner in the Astoria Hypervilla at Park River, Ecopark. At the outset of the project, we posed the question: “What kind of architecture and design would be suitable for a busy homeowner with limited time? A family of entrepreneurs who can only allocate 1/5 of their daily schedule to come together under one roof, what do they need?” The answer came directly from the homeowner, convincing the entire KPA Vietnam team. They simply needed a gentle, warm space where they could return to cherish their loved ones more, rather than spending too much time on material possessions. This idea permeated the entire process, from conceptualization to the completion of the project by KPA Vietnam.
