Đặt tại vị trí đắc địa, trên tầng cao của tòa chung cư Sunshine Riverside, căn hộ này đã trải qua một quá trình tái thiết từ 3 phòng ngủ thành chỉ còn 2. Phòng khách sau khi cải tạo đã trở nên rộng hơn với hai cửa sổ siêu lớn, mang đến lượng ánh sáng dồi dào cho cuộc sống hàng ngày, đôi khi là dư thừa với nhu cầu sử dụng. Vậy thách thức đặt ra trước đội ngũ thiết kế của KPA Vietnam là biến căn hộ trở nên “tối” hơn một chút, để tạo nên không gian độc đáo và quyến rũ hơn. Chúng tôi đã lựa chọn nội thất và vật liệu hoàn thiện với tông màu đen và xám, tạo nên sự sang trọng và đồng thời duy trì sự cân bằng hài hòa giữa ánh sáng và bóng đổ trong căn hộ này.

Nestled in a prime location, high atop the Sunshine Riverside apartment complex, this residence has undergone a remarkable transformation, morphing from a 3-bedroom layout into a more streamlined 2-bedroom configuration. The living room, post-renovation, has expanded significantly, boasting two oversized windows that flood the space with an abundance of natural light, at times bordering on superfluous for everyday needs. Consequently, the challenge presented to the design team at KPA Vietnam was to infuse the apartment with a touch of “dimness,” thereby creating a unique and enticing ambiance. Our solution lay in the careful selection of furnishings and finishing materials in shades of black and gray, evoking an air of sophistication while simultaneously maintaining a delicate equilibrium between illumination and shadow within this residence.
